I spent 25 years in high-stakes clinical medicine, performing surgery, treating oncology patients, and serving the federal government overseas in demanding environments like Russia and Sierra Leone. All that time, I was treating patients whose chronic symptoms I deeply understood, because I was living them, too.
Stuck in a cycle of lifelong dysregulation and foundation of childhood trauma, I mistakenly believed my intense, chronic stress was "normal" for a high-achieving PA. It wasn't until my own system experienced a complete rupture that my own healing journey began. I didn't just study these practices; I had to live them to survive.
Now, I use that powerful bridge of clinical knowledge and deep, personal somatic experience to help you find the inner safety and regulation I fought for.
