1.2 Licensed Professional Status & Scope of Services

The owner of Eclosion Wellness LLC is a Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the State of Pennsylvania. However, please be advised of the following:

• Non-Clinical Capacity: Through Eclosion Wellness LLC, the owner is acting exclusively as a wellness coach, yoga teacher, and energy worker, not as your medical provider. * No PA-Patient Relationship: Your use of this website or participation in coaching does not create a Physician Assistant-Patient relationship.

• Separation of Services: This wellness coaching is independent of the Practitioner’s clinical medical practice. Practitioner will not provide medical diagnoses, order lab tests, prescribe medication, or provide clinical medical treatment through Eclosion Wellness LLC.

• Independent Medical Care: You must maintain a relationship with a primary care physician to manage your medical conditions. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided here.

• Movement & Yoga: You represent that you are in good physical health. You acknowledge that physical movement involves risk of injury and have discussed participation with your healthcare providers.

• Meditation & Mindfulness: These practices are for stress reduction and are not a substitute for professional mental health counseling.

• Energy Work: This is a non-invasive method of balancing energy fields. It is not "massage therapy" as defined by Pennsylvania law.

 

2. Scope of Practice

The services provided are strictly limited to wellness coaching, general nutritional education, and lifestyle support.

• No Clinical Nutrition: We do not provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).

• No Diagnosis or Treatment: We do not treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental condition.

• Supportive Role: Our services complement, but do not replace, the work of your licensed medical providers.

6.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 48-Hour Notice: You must provide notice via email at least 48 hours prior to a session to receive a credit.

• Late Cancellation/No-Show: Notice under 48 hours results in forfeiture of the session and the full fee.

6.3 Refund Policy

• Individual Sessions & Digital Products: All sales are final.

• Programs: Generally non-refundable once materials are accessed or the program has begun. Refer to specific program details.

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eclosion Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
